Challenges faced by LGBTQI+ people living in homelessness

Dublin Simon Keyworker Glen recently spoke to Irish Examiner about the challenges faced by LGBTQI+ people living in homelessness in Ireland.

Glen has been a special support for LGBTQI+ clients in our emergency accommodation services during his time with us over the last three years. We are very proud of him.

“I didn’t have someone stepping in and fighting for my rights, I just thought I was alone in the world. But for these people coming in, I get to be that person, to fight for them and make them feel a little bit less alone.”
