EmergencyHarcourt Street - Dublin

Our emergency shelter on Harcourt Street is a low threshold supported temporary accommodation which provides accommodation for 30 single men, single women and couples who are homeless.

The service is open 24/7. People who are homeless can be referred for a night or can stay for up to six months when they are referred to a long-term bed. Residents are provided with breakfast, an afternoon meal and snacks are available throughout the day. Click for additional information on our Emergency Accomodation Service.

Referrals

Referrals to our emergency shelter are made through the Central Placement Service (CPS). Please click for additional information on the Central Placement Service. The CPS is located at Parkgate Hall, 6-9 Conygham Road, Dublin 8. 

Maple House

Maple House is a 24/7 low threshold Supported Temporary Accommodation (STA) service for 34 single men, women and couples who are homeless and over the age of 18 in Dublin.

The aim of Maple House STA is to support our residents to move on to and to be able to sustain long term accommodation. All residents have a key worker and lead worker allocated to them that are available for support and to help find them accommodation and options for moving out of homelessness.

Residents referred to Maple House have access to their own room, laundry and bathroom facilities, a communal T.V. room, group room, garden and dining room.

Referrals

People can be referred to the service for one night only up to six months and referrals are made through the Central Placement Service located at Parkgate Hall, 6-9 Conyngham Rd, Dublin 8; or the Freephone service, 1800 707 707.
