The R.E.A.C.H Project is Dublin Simon Community’s recovery support service for people moving forward from addiction and homelessness.
The initiative is designed to offer flexible, stage-appropriate supports throughout our two year recovery programme, meeting people where they are on their journey. Recovery is not a single event but a long-term, deeply personal process, this integrated model allows people to remain connected to recovery supports as they move through different services and into their own homes.
