In 2025, Dublin Simon Community supported 3,485 households (4,500 people) across a full continuum of services, from outreach and emergency accommodation to healthcare, recovery, and tenancy sustainment.

Throughout 2025, Dublin Simon Community strengthened and expanded its integrated model of care, recognising that no single intervention can resolve homelessness. Across outreach, emergency services, health and treatment, housing and tenancy sustainment, our focus remained on delivering not only immediate support, but sustainable pathways out of homelessness.
As a community, we support people to exit homelessness, access and retain homes, and rebuild lives by delivering housing, health and wellbeing services.
