The primary care nursing team was established to reduce barriers in accessing healthcare for Dublin Simon clients. We currently have five nursing posts and a Clinical Nurse Manager.
The team includes specialist roles in tissue viability, women’s health, a mix of general and mental health nursing posts as well as a specialist service aimed at supporting women across our Emergency services to access and navigate health and maternity care.
We do not require a referral form, as our primary goal is to make healthcare accessible. We are happy to see any client residing in the services we cover.
