Our Support to Live Independently (SLI) teams work with individuals and families to help them move out of homelessness, putting the necessary supports in place for them to maintain their new home and settle into their community.

“When I got my own place my keyworker came to visit me every week for six months which was vital. He helped with managing bills, linking in with my community and accessing courses, I can talk to him about everything.”

– Mary, Simon Client
