We need your help.

We don’t know what the next few weeks and months will bring and we want to make sure we are prepared.

At Dublin Simon Community, we provide approximately 1,000 meals a day to vulnerable people staying in our emergency accommodation, supported housing, treatment and outreach services.

If your business has surplus tinned food or packaged food with a shelf life of four weeks that you could donate to us, please contact FoodForSimon@dubsimon.ie

Food with a shelf life of at least four weeks

  • Tinned food
  • Packaged food
  • Packet soups
  • Sauces
  • Chocolate & Biscuits
  • Condiments

Frozen Products

  • Frozen vegetables, fish, meat and chips.
  • Frozen pizza and pies

Toiletries

  • Shampoo
  • Shower Gel
  • Conditioner
  • Washing detergents

❌What We Cannot Accept

Unfortunately for health and safety reasons we cannot accept food that is made to be consumed within a few days, including the following perishable items:

  • Bread
  • Milk
  • Eggs
  • Fruit and veg
  • Sandwiches
  • Baked goods
