Our projects on the North Circular Road and Sean MacDermott St provide supported housing for 43 single homeless people with mental health, addiction or personal care needs. Our residents are mostly people who have been homeless for long periods of time and who do not have the capacity to live independently. Every resident has their own room and the houses have large communal rooms and gardens.

Accommodation is single room with some en suite and some shared bathrooms. Meals are provided.
Our service is staffed 24/7
Our house is run by staff, volunteers and community employment workers who are motivated and committed to providing a supportive environment for residents and to help them live as independently as possible. Volunteers and staff also arrange day strips and annual holidays for those staying with supported housing.
Residents who may be interested in move on options are referred to the Dublin Simon Resettlement team while many others also get involved with Dublin Simon Learning and Development where they can take further studies, classes and further options in areas that interest them.
