Practice Development
Practice Development is an internal support function which works with management and staff across all Dublin Simon Community Services. It aims to assist staff and management to enhance service delivery and in turn produce better outcomes for our clients.
We do this through:
- Performing an ongoing review of current work practices and organisational policies and procedures
- Implementation of Quality Systems in services
- Ensuring quality standards are adhered to in all areas of our work
- Ensuring that we have up to date statistical information on our services and client base in order to account for our performance and deliver accurate messages to the public
