– Marty, Housing Tenant

Dublin Simon Community continue to source and acquire further properties to provide permanent homes for people and families and move them on from homelessness for good.

We provide a range of independent accommodation for individuals, couples and families. Tenants receive visiting support from our Support to Live Independently team who visit tenants in their new home to help them settle so that they are comfortable living completely independently. Following this the Housing Management Service team provide continued support to our tenants and families, as and when is needed.

Our Housing Management Service was set up in 2014 to manage accommodation acquired by Dublin Simon Community. The team is responsible for the allocations, lettings and estate management of both our independent and supported accommodation. They act as the point of contact if there are any concerns with the accommodation, as well as ensuring that a support service is in place for our tenants and residents.

The Housing Management Service provide services such as housing allocations, pre-tenancy, training, independent living support, estate management, repairs and maintenance for all independent accommodation managed by Dublin Simon Community.
